GLORY SUNDAY FRED WEDS CAPTAIN MATTHEW SUNDAY

The people of Odio community yesterday witnessed the Traditional Marriage between two of their children Captain Matthew Sunday, a marine captain with Lamnalco from Ekiki and Dr. Glory Sunday Fred of Ikot Afaha all in Odio community of Eket local government area of Akwa Ibom State.

The event took place at QIC Primary School, Odio and attracted people from all works of life including family members, friends, relatives, colleagues, alumni and groups including staffs of Lamnalco staffs, Marine Navy, Eket Welfare Association, Port Harcourt Branch and Odio Village Council.

*** Advocates for Issue Based Journalism Some selected elders from Eket local government area of Akwa Ibom State today meet with some indigenous Journalists from Eket to strengthen relationship in projecting the area in good light. Declaring the meeting open, the political leader of Eket and former Minister of Housing, Chief Nduese Essien advocated for Journalists from Eket axis to abide by the ethics of the profession and project the area in good light, as Eket people have been outstanding in everything that they do.
